Little update

Hello there, dear reader! How are you? Hope you’re doing great!

I am doing pretty ok, fighting the seasonal allergies and eagerly waiting for autumn with decent under 25 degrees Celsius. These days only the mornings and nights are cold, but during the day it gets really hot which I don’t like at all. That doesn’t change my love for hot drinks at all, at least I am not drinking them with the AC on anymore, haha 🙂

If you saw my previous post on trying to plan for planets gazing and photographing, you know that I struggled a little to find a dark enough spot in the city that would allow me to point my gear to Saturn.
Well – on that night I did have another struggle that I didn’t really think of before the actual moment and that is the weather and more specifically, the strong wind. It didn’t help that the next days weren’t so clear either. I couldn’t really stabilize neither the camera nor the telescope.

That’s the bad news, for me at least, BUT I do have some good news. I get to try it all again on September 26th when we will have Saturn in the sky, also near the Moon so if you want to spot it as well look after that first.

Other than that, I do really miss organizing photoshoots with me, myself and I and my phone as the timer, so I don’t want to spoil anything yet but I do want to plan a few things – more on that later.

Have a great day/evening!
